BCIT and Volatus Aerospace present the Science Experiential Aerial Research Program.

This summer, students in grades 9-12 are invited to participate in the SEAR Program, a dynamic educational experience blending drone technology and machine learning with agricultural research. Over four full days, students will learn drone piloting, machine learning applications in crop health analysis, and essential agronomy skills, culminating in obtaining a federal RPAS pilot certificate. 

  • When: July 2-5 and August 12-15 (two sessions available)
  • Where: Yale Secondary School (34620 Old Yale Road)
  • Cost: $264 per student
