2022  Grad Information for Parents and Grade 12 Students

​Below is a skeleton outline of the year - check the Grad Handbook (below) for complete details and pay attention to announcement for Grad Council and Grad activities planned throughout the year.

Post secondary applications for early entrance acceptance are open for most universities.

Order Cap & Gown with Mrs. DesRoches in the counselling centre


Many universities require you to apply by Jan 31st for September  Entrance. Check with Ms. Jongenburger for specifics.

Students must review their Semester 2 timetable ensuring you meet Graduation requirements
Abbotsford Community Foundation scholarship applications come online at the start of Feb Abbotsford Community Foundation scholarship applications are due to counselling centre.


All outstanding fees, textbooks etc. must be paid in full to participate in Grad events

PSI (Post Secondary Institutions) Selections in Student Transcript Services Due April 22 - See STS Help resources or send questions to studenttranscripts [at]

Dry Grad - April 29


Students enrolled in courses outside of Rick Hansen required for graduation must be 80% complete by May 15th to take part in the ceremony
School fees etc. must be paid in full to participate in Grad events
Deadline for Prom Guest Applications


Convocation rehearsal 
Book a banquet table with 10 friends (All outstanding fees must be paid)  Mrs. Hirowatari.
Pick up your grad cap and gown in library
